The Dry-Hull Character of Bajawa
In the highlands of Bajawa, dry hulling has evolved alongside a growing focus on careful post-harvest practices.
After a full-wash process, the coffee is slowly dried in parchment before being hulled. Careful attention to fermentation, drying, and moisture helps preserve the bean’s natural sweetness and clarity.
What sets Bajawa apart is the balance between local tradition and refined processing — bringing out a cup known for its floral character, bright acidity, sweetness, and full body.
Tradition at its roots. Precision in every bean.
